Thanks to your pledges to CUCC’s budget and to a team of hard-working volunteers, Charles dropped off 27 bags of groceries to the families of children who attend Method Child Development Center. CUCC was one of the original churches that created MCDC and we continue to be involved.
CUCC’s Community Outreach Ministry paid for the food from its budget. Nancy and Skip Stoddard did the shopping. The bags were packed by volunteers for this Lenten workday: Lauren, Maria, Carmen, Joan, Dawn, and Autumn.
As Charles wrote, “God is good! Our congregation was once again so generous. The staff at MCDC was very appreciative and asked to give a big thank you to the church.”
