A few weeks ago one of our nursery workers, Hannah, was involved in an automobile accident turning out of our Wade Avenue parking lot after worship. After her accident, several church members showed concern and accompanied her until the police arrived. Hannah asked that we share this note with the congregation.
Dear Community UCC,
First and foremost, thank you all so much for keeping me in your prayers and asking Pastor Santi to get into contact with me. The love and care I have felt from the church warmed me and reminded me what a community is supposed to feel like. I am indeed ok, and God has provided for me in unimaginable ways. Thank you for a loving community and for showing just how far God’s love can spread.
