Three consecutive Saturdays: December 4, 11, and 18, from 10-10:45AM

Whether you are new to meditation and want to try it in a gentle setting or you already practice meditation regularly, consider “drawing nearer” to Spirit through this ancient practice. Join one or all of these three meditation sessions on Zoom. Daniel Day, Buddhist and meditation practitioner will facilitate our small group gatherings as we practice mindful meditation.
