Did you know Autumn and sacraments and chancel are creating new banners for the sanctuary? Every Sunday you’ll see beautiful banners hang from the wood paneling throughout the sanctuary. These handmade cloths are created from mixed materials, by CUCC members. The banners normally coordinate with our current liturgical season, and they often display meaningful messages. This month we’re creating new banners to display.
The first meeting focused on brainstorming several ideas.
The second gathering the group began creating banners.
The last meet up will be on Oct 1 from 1-3pm in the fellowship hall and craft room. The session will be a time for finishing up and polishing our creations.
