etc.
We meet via Zoom. The Zoom link will be shared via the weekly Monday Online Events email.
The workshop will be structured like this:
-
- we introduce one poet one of us likes by reading 2 poems and briefly talking about what is striking about that poet
- we all write poems to 1 or 2 prompts (sharing is voluntary)
- there will be a brief introduction to one aspect of the craft of poetry and time for Q&A
- we will share our feedback on the poem(s) brought to the workshop
- sometimes, we dedicate an entire afternoon solely to hands-on feedback on craft and poetics
No prior knowledge of poetry is required, just a love for the word.
No sign up required. Just join us whenever you can.
You can bring a short poem (1 page max) for review and feedback the afternoon of the workshop or provide it prior to the workshop to allow more time to review.
If you have questions, please reach out to Angelika Teuber (email is available in Breeze or via office.cucc@gmail.com).
