Tai-chi, a meditative and stretching exercise, continues to take place at CUCC. However, the meeting date has changed. Tai-chi is now taking place on Tuesdays from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Often after the exercise is over the group goes out to have a snack or even breakfast. Or, we just might sit around and drink coffee and talk. The fellowship and camaraderie is so much fun.
Our small group has lots of room for more people to join. So, if you want to “get your stretch on” and “clear your mind” come and be a part of this wonderful group.
