As we continue to find creative ways to keep our community safe during COVID-19, we are experimenting this Sunday, Sept 5 with having communion outside.
Our plan is to reorganize the order of worship so communion comes last. We will head outside into the courtyard and take the Zoom camera with us. The bread and juice will be available for each individual on their way out of the sanctuary. Sacraments and Chancel will have the juice pre-poured and the bread pre-cut. We will have a short communion celebration outside and Monty Smith will close us out with a song on guitar. The online crowd will be able to watch and participate from home. Jeff will help transition the camera.
