Due to cold temperatures, rain, and wind in the forecast, we are rescheduling the forest bathing to April 29.
Follow the main road until the very last parking area, meet at the picnic tables on the left. Wear comfortable clothing. It should be warm but windy. If it’s drizzling or there’s a light rain, we will continue, so you might bring a rain jacket.
We will walk the Pott’s Branch Trail (1.3 miles) gently and slowly and take pauses for sharing and reflection.
Our UCC friend Mary Pat Peters will guide us again this year with grace and gentleness, and with poetry readings and spiritual direction.
Due to the contemplative nature of this walk, please leave your dogs at home.
