Just because the meeting is over doesn’t mean you won’t have use for the documents we used for our congregational discussions on November 17.
The documents are still available but they have moved because the congregational meeting is now “past,” not “upcoming.”
How to find the documents from the November 17 meeting
Look yourself up in Breeze as if you were going to call yourself. Find the section in your “profile” called “Useful documents.” Click on the link for “Minutes of past congregational meetings.” Look in the subfolder for 2024 and you will find a folder “Supplements for congregational meeting 11 17 2024” with all of the documents from the November 17 meeting.
- Draft 2025 “aspirational” budget to help you consider your 2025 financial pledge
- Draft 2025 nominations for Council, committee chairs, and ministry/committee members with descriptions so you can consider your 2025 pledge of time and talents
- Our new Emergency Plan plus revisions to our policies for the Memorial Meditation Garden, for those renting our building, and for weddings
- The A2A motion that passed with details describing what we have already done to become more accessible and what is next to do.
- The report on our 2024 Auction including events that are still open. Plan your social calendar through Auction events!
- The year-to-date spending report from the CUCC Treasurer. You couldn’t see this during the meeting, but it will be in the folder to review.
