10:30 worship on campus and online
March 19 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am
We are excited to share worship with our friends from L’Arche NC today.
L’Arche’s mission is to cultivate inclusive communities where people across the spectrum of intellectual and developmental disability identities live and flourish together.
L’Arche’s Disability and Justice Intern, Tatum Tricarico, will offer a sermon on the healing of the blind man in John 9. Tatum is a second-year student at Duke Divinity and a disability rights activist on Instagram (@blind_person_in_area). She also serves as an Advocate with the California Foundation of Independent Living Centers Youth Organizing program as well as other agencies.
Whether you join us on campus or online, we welcome you to worship. Be restored, inspired, and reconnected to God and to others on the journey.
Children may stay with their parents in worship or go to Sunday School with Anne Bailey Zschau, Children’s Education Coordinator. Contact Mrs. Anne Bailey if you have questions about what will work your child. children.cucc@gmail.com
Time for friendship after worship
Whether you are on campus or online, linger after worship to get to know others. Those online hop over to Zoom for relaxed conversation; the link is in the CUCC Online Events email and will be posted in the chat at the end of the service. Children and adults on campus go to on campus fellowship – outside if the weather permits, inside if not.
