Food Bag donation drop off at CUCC

Now that in-person worship has resumed, CUCC will once again be collecting food for Urban Ministries on the first Sunday of each month.  The grocery cart will be available outside the Wade Ave. narthex entrance to allow bags to be dropped off safely.  Worshiping online? You may make a donation by visiting https://urbanmin.org/give.
 
The list of needed food items has changed and is listed below:
• Canned beans (esp. black beans; also kidney, navy, etc.) 
• Quick-cooking brown rice 
• Low-salt pasta sauce (NOT in glass jars) 
• Low-sugar cereals (Cheerios, Raisin Bran, Special K, etc.)
• Oatmeal and grits in individual packs (8-12 per box)
• Canned tuna 
 
Please do not bring:
• Anything in glass jars 
• Dried beans 
• Peanut butter 
• Mac & cheese 
 
Please double bag for strength, whether you use paper or plastic. Thank you!
