Justice Coffee + Voting

October 20 @ 8:30 am - 10:30 am

General Day (November 3) is getting close, mail in voting is open and early voting starts October 15.  Justice Coffee invites you to join us at 8:30 am on Tuesday, October 20, for coffee and pastries at Union Special Bread (we each buy our own). Then join us to vote at Chavis Community Center* after an hour of relaxing conversation.

The election season is intense! Let’s have fun together over coffee and then support one another in acting out our voting rights.  As the United Church of Christ says, Vote with love!

Union Special Bakery is at 2409 Crabtree Blvd. in Raleigh.

Chavis Community Center is 505 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Raleigh.

* We will check the wait times at Chavis Community Center before leaving Union Special (a 10 minute drive).  If lines are long, we may try Wake County Commons Building (10 minute drive from Union Special) or the NCSU Business Services Building on Western Blvd (16 minute drive from Union Special)

The Justice Coffee contact person is Mike Soboeiro (info in Breeze or via office.cucc@gmail.com).

Community UCC is nonpartisan and does not endorse candidates or parties. We do encourage people to vote as their faith and conscience guide them.
