Yard Sale

The Racial Justice Pilgrimage fundraiser yard sale continues for a second fabulous week, May 7, 9-noon, at 3312 Octavia Street, near the intersection of Gorman and Avent Ferry. You’ll find Pyrex serving dishes (including orphaned lids of all sizes and shapes!), assorted candles, sticks and vases, gardening tools and watering cans, books galore (some in German), fine crystal and pottery, and linens. Fun vintage (1960s and 70s) ware, too – perfect for bringing a hot meal to someone and telling them not to bother returning the plate or bowl.

If you’d like to help, we need workers to set out new items on Friday (9-noon) and to work at the yard sale (8-noon) and help with clean up (noon-2 ) on Saturday.
