“Priceless Yard Sale” – October 29/30
CUCC members and their friends are invited to a private yard sale benefitting the CROP Walk for Hunger on Saturday, Oct. 29 and Sunday, Oct. 30. Rather than set prices, we ask that people take home a treasure and give generously to a wonderful organization. The yard sale will be held in the Vaughan Fellowship Hall from 8am-noon on the 29th and from 9am-1pm on the 30th. If you’d like to contribute gently used items, please contact Merrilee Jacobson at 919-274-4539.
Oktoberfest Potluck – October 30 after worship
Join your church friends outside in the courtyard. We’ll have brats on the grill, a vegan option and your salad, side dish or dessert. Thanks for bringing a dish to add to the table. CROP Walk – October 30
After two years of virtual walks, you can again get some fresh air AND support local and international food organizations at the CROP Walk for Hunger. Registration is at 2pm at Pullen Park with the walks (1 and 3 miles) beginning at 3pm.
