- Draft minutes of the November 2024 congregational meeting. Do you see any corrections we should make?
- The slate of nominations for 2025. During the nomination discussion there is an opportunity to nominate people (especially yourself!).
- The 2024 yearly reports from our pastors, officers, and ministry chairs. During the discussion of the yearly reports, you may ask questions. This is a great way to see how Council and CUCC’s groups have begun implementing CUCC’s 2023 vision priorities.
Find the documents in Breeze. Log in and look yourself up. There is a section in your profile with links to useful documents. Look for the folder called “Upcoming congregational meeting documents.”
The congregational meeting will begin after worship (around 11:45AM). You can participate in the Vaughan Fellowship Hall or on Zoom using the link for Zoom fellowship found under the livestream window.
