An enthusiastic crowd enjoyed Skip Stoddard’s stories of 40 year’s worth of NC State geology field trips. Skip shared gorgeous photos of western states where federal lands abound and interesting rock formations are more easily accessed. Following Skip’s presentation, the group enjoyed a tasty salad bar and delicious cake and ice cream.
