On Christmas Eve, CUCC will join other churches across the United Church of Christ in taking up a special mission offering to assist retired clergy and lay employees needing financial support in their retirement. This has been a long commitment of Community United Church of Christ to honor those clergy and lay employees who served churches without the financial resources needed for a sustainable retirement benefit. Resources from the Christmas Fund are used to provide:
- Monthly pension supplementation
- Health benefits supplementation
- Christmas “Thank You” gifts, and
- Emergency grants.

How to donate
- Write a check to CUCC with Christmas Fund in the memo
- Donate online, selecting Christmas (UCC) from the drop down options.
- Text your donation amount and keyword Christmas to 919-888-4541.
