Prayer beads have been made as a spiritual tool for centuries, by people of varying faith traditions. Creating prayer beads is itself a prayerful act, and holding them can help center you in prayer or meditation, offering comfort in times of stress or illness. We made some prayer beads together at the Wednesday Crafter’s Circle on November 5.
