As required by the CUCC Constitution, Bylaws and Pastor Lacey’s Call Agreement, the Personnel Committee is overseeing a Review of Ministry for Pastor Lacey (required at least once every three years)

Also as required, we are using a Council-approved protocol developed by the Personnel Committee and Pastor Lacey for this review, whose purpose is to increase the value of ministry (not to give the pastor a report card). We are soliciting input from all Ministries, Committees and Task Forces, so it is likely that someone will ask you for input. If you wish to contribute other non-anonymous input, please contact Beth Allison of the Personnel Committee.
